Our Products
HDI
High-Density Interconnect, or HDI PCB, are using microvias and smaller trace/space to provide a higher signal density and superior signal integrity. It enables the interconnection of low-pitch packages and much higher component population density.
IMS
IMS PCBs have excellent thermal conductivity, high mechanical strength, and dimensional stability. High power and thermal heat dissipation are the principal applications for an IMS PCB.
Heavy Copper
A heavy Copper PCB is a double-sided or multilayer PCB with a copper base thicker than 3 oz (105µm). The additional Cu thickness increases the current carrying capacity with high endurance to thermal strain.
Multi-Layer
PCBs can be single-sided (one copper layer), double-sided (two copper layers on both sides of one substrate layer), or multilayer (outer and inner layers of copper, alternating with layers of substrate). Multilayer PCBs allow for much higher component density because circuits on the inner layers would otherwise take up surface space between components.
Flex
Flex PCBs are manufactured using a combination of traditional PCB fabrication processes such as photolithography, etching, and drilling, as well as specialized techniques for handling the flexible substrate. The final product is a PCB that can bend or flex to a certain degree while maintaining its electrical performance
and durability.
Rigid-Flex
Rigid-Flex makes board-to-board connectors and cables redundant, which saves space and weight. It can endure vibration and shock, which makes it superior for a wide range of products. The rigid parts ensure good component support, while the flexible parts make it possible to integrate several rigid PCBs into one robust solution.

Where are your bare PCB's manufactured?
We have supply partners in China, Taiwan, Thailand, India and the USA. This allows us to service all your PCB needs.
What are your standard production lead times?
Standard production lead times range between 2-4 weeks depending on the technology of the bare board. However, some technologies require longer lead times up to 8 weeks depending on the materials used and the overall design.
Can you support quick turn orders?
Yes, domestically we can support quick turn orders in as little as 24-48 hours depending on the later count of the board. Internationally we can support quick turn orders of 10 woking days.
Do you offer PCB design services?
Our engineering team takes your design and can optimize it during our DFM process.
